IT Project Manager
Mid or Senior
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager who thrives in an autonomous work environment and embraces significant responsibility. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of diverse projects across our portfolio. As part of the N7 group, you will collaborate with clients in industries such as fintech, telecommunications and media companies. This position offers substantial trust, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization’s objectives.
On a daily basis, you will:
- manage IT projects for international and Polish clients — our PMs usually handle 2 or 3 projects at a time, depending on their size and stage,
- cooperate with developers, designers, and technical leaders,
- be the bridge between the team and the client, translating requirements into concrete actions,
- plan and oversee budgets, timelines, and the quality of the solutions we deliver,
- develop projects in agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) - we typically employ a combination of several approaches to maximize their effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in managing IT projects, ideally in a software-house environment,
- can handle both business and technology — a strong plus would be a technical degree,
- communicates freely in English (min. B2/C1),
- enjoys working with people and knows how to do it well,
- values independence and responsibility.
From our side:
- work on recognizable projects used daily by many people, with a modern tech stack,
- a very flat organizational structure,
- experienced developers in the project team,
- collaborative and supportive work environment,
- professional growth opportunities,
- flexible work arrangements.
